Josh has a true passion for the mortgage business, whether helping navigate the way for first-time homebuyers (his true passion), providing help in a complex real estate purchase, or being hands-on for a luxury home buyer.

No matter where someone is on their mortgage journey, Josh understands the impact the experience can have on his clients. His goal is to create a smooth, low-stress experience for every client - and he acts as the anchor of a knowledgeable team to ensure that happens.

Josh believes buying or refinancing a home has a profound effect on your lifelong financial story. He’s successful because he always puts his clients’ interests first. After more than 27 years in financial services, his extensive network of friends, family, and colleagues refer him to everyone they know.

Josh cares about his community beyond the mortgage business, working with several non-profit organizations, and serving on the board of three. He’s close to a large group of great friends, his family (all local), and is a proud baseball and soccer Dad to three children.

You might know that Josh is a big 49er fan who also (somehow) loves Tom Brady, and reading (as long as it’s anything by Tony Robbins or a great thriller!) But do you know how much he loves music? He’s been to 200+ concerts, including Guns n Roses, the Rolling Stones, U2, and Elton John.
